The Second Condition part 1

This is a work of fiction using a combination of several themes in one story. Tease, seduction, MILF, lust, humor, angst and romance will all be parts of this story. Over the last 17 years I may have used some of these themes, subjects, ideas, scenarios, situations and possibly even character names and/or descriptions. That being said, I am trying to combine some ideas in a detailed, slower paced, romance filled story that is both sexy and chaotic. At first, some similarities to other stories I have written might seem obvious, but stay with me, give this a chance, and we might all be surprised. As always, thank you for reading.

My name is Brett, I am 20 and single, 6' tall, have short blonde hair, and am in great shape. I'm single because my girlfriend Gina moved away suddenly a couple of weeks ago and I just haven't gotten over it. We went out for almost 4 years and really never fought, she was my first and only. My first love and my first lover. Her leaving to go live with her father was sudden and shocking, but how we broke up was what startled me the most. Gina just said she was leaving, we both cried, had sex, she spent the night... and then the next day... Gina was gone. We talk now and then, text some, but I know it's over, no matter how much she promises to come see me at Thanksgiving or Christmas.

So I go to class, I'm in college taking business courses, and I go to work. I have a cool job as a first key at GameStop, which makes me a supervisor of sorts. I get 25 to 30 hours and deals on video games, so they can call me whatever they want. I live with my mom, her best friend Rachel, and Rachel's daughter Jenna. Mom and dad divorced years ago, dad moved away with his second wife, and Rachel moved in with Jenna like five years ago when we got this bigger house. We all get along great, especially Jenna and I who are best friends, really close, and do alot of things together. I've known Jenna my whole life, we used to play together, went to school together, and have always been friends, even before she moved in with her mom. The problem is, Rachel is practically my Aunt, Jenna is ridiculously hot, and I have no illusions that Jenna and I could ever be together. Why Jenna is single, I have no idea, but the fact that she's single truly baffles me. I don't get it, I can't lie.

Rachel is 40, a year younger than mom, and she's fit, trim and beautiful, about 5' 10". Rachel has a sculpted, perfect body, and the fact that she's a personal trainer is either surreal or irony. Rachel has short blond hair that she wears all different ways depending on the day, but suits her if you ask me. For whatever reason, since Rachel moved in, her and my mom are not only inseparable, but about a year ago, they decided to share the same bedroom because they're always hanging out and talking if they're not at work. Jenna is my age, 20 and she's picture perfect. Body, looks, personality, everything about her is attractive. Jenna is tall, probably 5' 11", has long blonde hair, and has been active and sporty the entire time I've known her. Jenna is also the only girl I have ever kissed besides Gina, but I'll get to that later.

It was my day off and I was in the living room playing SKYRIM on my Xbox One. Jenna came in the room and said "I'm bored, let's do something". I paused and grinned but Jenna rolled her eyes and said "Whatever. Once that five minutes is over, then what? I'll still be bored". What? Five minutes? Jenna was wearing skin tight black leggings, a white t-shirt and was barefoot. She stared at me and said "I'm sorry about Gina, you know that, but if she loved you she wouldn't have just left like she did". I sighed and Jenna sat practically on top of me and then shifted and moved until she was half pressed against me. I asked "Jeez, why don't you just sit on my lap?" Jenna said "No, I'm good, maybe later. Why are you playing this? Put in BLACK OPS so we can kill some zombies". I said "I was actually about to save and go do some homework. You know you might actually pass a class if you did yours". Jenna laughed then said "Whatever. You're not avoiding me, we're gonna do something whether you like it or not". I grinned again and Jenna rolled her eyes and asked "Are you for real? If we do that, then what. I don't just give it out and you know it".

I shut off the game without saving, I had just saved after selling a bunch of stuff, so it didn't really matter. I knew the one trick that worked with Jenna was playing hard to get, so I just ignored her and left the room. I barely made it to the hallway when I heard "What? Hell no. Hey, get back here. Are you for real?" I hurried into my room but Jenna raced in and tackled me so that we ended up on my bed wrestling around. We were laughing and playing until I got a handful of her firm ass and she froze, stopped laughing, and blew her long hair out of her face. I struggled to seperate my tangled body from hers and said "Sorry Jenna" but she was staring at me and asked "Was that accidental or on purpose?" I blushed and said "It was an accident, you know I'm not like that". Jenna sat up and said "I know, it just surprised me is all". We stared at each other and Jenna said "You need to stop playing games Brett. Either you want us to be more than friends or you don't, but stop messing with me". I stared at Jenna for a moment then said "They would never let us happen, so it doesn't matter".

Jenna stared at me unblinking until she said "I think you're wrong. Let's put it to a test. Ask me on a date. I'm bored anyways and I'm not gonna leave you alone until you hang out with me, so ask me on a date". I said "Fine. Let's go see a movie. We both want to see the new JACK REACHER movie". Jenna pushed me with both her feet and said "I'm gonna put on a sexy skirt and drive you out of your mind. I might even let you kiss me if you be nice. Do you know how to be nice?" I grinned and Jenna said "You need to stop. That's gonna take a whole lot of nice before you get that. Besides, I have better use for five minutes". I pounced on Jenna and she let me pin her to the bed. We were both excited and breathing hard and she said "Okay, one kiss, but it better be romantic. You smother me and you won't kiss me for a week". I brushed some hair away from Jenna's face and she smiled and accepted my lips when they met hers. It was a warm, slow, romantic kiss that lasted what seemed like forever. I was getting hard, she was gripping me, and ideas filled my head as we just continued to kiss.

Jenna shifted and I eased back from the kiss. We stared into each other's eyes for a moment and then she said "Thank you". I nodded and she said "Find out what time the movie is and we'll go eat and then watch it. Is it for real a date?" I stared at Jenna and said "It can be. Is this what you want?" Jenna smiled at me and said "It depends. Is this for real, are you just trying to hook up, or are you just doing this because I asked you to". I thought about it and said "I miss Gina and in some ways I still love her" Jenna moved to sit beside me and said "Okay. We can just go and have fun, watch the movie, it's fine". I said "Jenna, I like you and you know it. I would love to see what else it could be, I just don't want to gamble our friendship". Jenna held my hand and said "Then ask me again. Ask me on a date again". I asked "Do you want to go see a movie with me? Maybe go get something to eat first?" Jenna said "I would. It's a date. You can hold my hand and maybe kiss me. It's a real date. Mom and mom can deal with it". Mom and mom? Hers and mine I suppose.

Jenna rolled to flip off my bed, stood in a cheer pose with a huge grin, then pulled her hair back and out of her face. I stared at her and she smiled and said "Yeah". I sighed because Jenna was beautiful and she knew it. I said "Maybe you shouldn't wear a skirt". Jenna blinked then asked "Why not?" I smiled and said "Because if this is for real, I want to behave and treat you like you deserve. If you wear a skirt, I'm just going to mess with you". Jenna stared at me with wide eyes and raised eyebrows until she chuckled and said "Jeez, don't tell me how you really feel or anything". I said "There are various levels of hot. A burner on the stove, Starbucks coffee, BDub's hot wings, a volcano, the surface of the sun and then probably the hottest thing would be the depths of Hell". Jenna was staring at me waiting for my point... she was patient like that. I smiled and said "Then there's you Jenna. There are no words to describe how hot you are and that's just the honest truth".

Jenna stood there staring at me and she was staring intently with laser focus. She was breathing slow and deep and through the material of her t-shirt I could see her ample chest slowly rise and fall. Jenna pulled an elastic off her wrist, pulled her hair back, then got onto the bed... all without breaking eye contact with me. Jenna pushed me down to lie on my back, crawled atop me to straddle me, then kissed me slow and warm, soft and sensual. I held her and she was passionate and attentive and it was so romantic that my heart began to pound. Jenna rolled off me and pulled me so that I was atop her and had no choice but to press against her warm crotch. We kissed for several minutes and would probably still be kissing if mom hadn't said "What are you two doing?" Jenna held me but parted from the kiss to stare past me at my mother and say "Nothing". Mom laughed and said "Nothing huh? Well, nothing is how he got here and unless I'm mistaken, the same could be said for you Miss Jenna". I tried to move but Jenna wrapped her legs up around and behind me and said "Nope".

Mom said "This had better not be what I think it is and that's the end of this subject". I stared at Jenna and she let me go but clung to my arm and said "We're going to a movie. Well, dinner and a movie, it's a date". Mom laughed and said "It looked to me like the two of you were skipping the date and going right for dessert". I said "Mom" but mom said "Don't mom me. If the two of you want this to happen, then we need to sit down with Rachel when she gets home. I don't care about movies or dinner or innocent dates, but if I find the two of you on or in the same bed, you both will be sorry". Jenna let go of me and said "Kristy, can you keep this between us until I can talk to mom?" Mom made a strange face but it came and went as she said "I guess. Rachel and I have no secrets, but I can keep this one until you talk to her. Please do not make me lie to my..." Mom seemed confused... or maybe distracted, then she said "Best friend. I will not lie to Rachel". Mom literally just left the room and Jenna asked "That was odd... right?" I said "Yeah. Maybe she had a bad day. I mean, coming home and finding us making out had to be a shock". Jenna pointed a finger at me and said "Do not say it". I blinked and she narrowed her eyes and said quietly "If you refer to me as a sister, I will never kiss you again".

We were sitting there staring at each other in silence after that ultimatum when Rachel appeared in the door and said "Both of you at the table right now. Not a word, just move it". Jenna got up but huffed "Thanks for the wedgie bud" I grinned but Rachel said "Now" and seemed to be glaring at both of us. Jenna pulled at her underwear through her leggings and I bumped into her on accident. Rachel had left the doorway so Jenna put her face near mine and said "Be quiet and trust me. You want this... right?" I whispered "Volcano, surface of the sun..." Jenna grabbed my neck and head and kissed me hungrily. Her eyes were sparkling and she looked excited as she stared into my eyes after the kiss and said "Just be quiet and trust me". We went down the hall and to the living slash dining area where mom was sitting at the table smiling at Rachel. Lately they had been doing practically everything together and they always seemed to be whispering and smiling at each other. Honestly it was odd.

I sat down and Jenna sat next to me as mom said "Okay, flat out, no nonsense, is this a fling or is it for real?" Rachel handed me a Pepsi and gave Jenna a Sierra Mist. She sat across from Jenna and said "Precious, I had a long day, can you just save the bs and tell us what's going on?" Jenna said "I will. Sorry you had a rough day mom. Brett and I want to go out and see if it works. We like each other but we want you and Kristy to let us see if it would work". Mom asked "To what end? I don't have the patience to deal with the two of you bed hopping. What's worse is this house would be torn in half if the two of you go out and then break up". I said "Come on mom, you know me better than that. I'm 20 and I've only had one girlfriend. Plus Jenna is literally my best friend". Rachel asked "The two of you really want this?" I nodded and Jenna slipped her fingers into mine and held my hand as she said "We do". Rachel looked at mom and they smiled at each other for a moment until Rachel said "Fine. Two rules. First, any fighting, we referee. To be honest, if the two of you are so close, there should never be a fight. Regardless, your business is our business or no deal. Yes or no, what is it?" Jenna looked at me and asked "Yes?" I nodded and Jenna told her mom "Yes. What's the second condition?"

Rachel smiled at mom again and mom smiled at Rachel then at Jenna and I as she said "We've discussed what ifs in case this day ever came. The second condition is simple, clear and non negotiable. The two of you will share the same bed for a week. Seven days with no sex allowed. No closed doors, no sneaking off, nothing. If you can prove to us that this is real and not lust, then we will discuss closing doors and looking the other way. This is in no way negotiable, just so we're crystal clear". I blinked rapidly while Jenna sucked in most of the air in the room. Rachel and mom were smiling at each other... it was odd the way they... maybe it was nothing. Jenna said "We accept" and Rachel blinked several times and asked "You... you do?" I trust Jenna completely, plus the end goal was sure to be worth it, so I said "Yup". Mom looked at the fridge, the wall, out the window, at Rachel, then at the floor. Rachel's mouth moved several times but no words came out. Jenna said "Just so I'm clear. We can date, hang out, hold hands and kiss, just no sex and no closed doors. Is that about right?"

Mom practically whispered "Yes" and we barely heard her as Rachel said "Just... just... go... where were you going?" I said "The movies" and Rachel pointed to her wallet and said "My treat. Take my Visa. Uhmm... can you guys give us a minute?" Mom said "Give us several. Go get ready in seperate rooms and then just go. I... we need to think". Jenna stood but was crowding me as she asked "We have a deal though... right?" Rachel said "Yes... but don't push me. Take my Visa and go". Mom said "No sex for a week includes hotels, motels, the backseat of a car, at a friends house, not even in a dark alley. You made a deal, now keep to it". Jenna said "We will" and dragged me out of my chair and down the hall. We were out of sight when Jenna pushed me against the wall and kissed me fast and furious. Pun intended. I finally fended her off and pushed her back but Jenna looked pissed as she gasped "Holy shit, are you having second thoughts?" I said "What? No. Something's not right. Come on, you had to notice".

Jenna grabbed, pushed and pulled me into my room and all the way over to the far closet then said "I told you I wasn't going to just put out. You want it, you have to work for it. It's a week, you had better tell me I'm worth waiting a week for you asshole". I pushed Jenna away and said "What the Hell is wrong with you? That's not what I'm talking about Jenna. We're fine. It might be interesting sleeping in the same bed and trying to behave, but I wasn't talking about that". Jenna went from mad to excited so fast it confused me, and she pressed close and purred "There's plenty we can do whether the door is open or not, and we both know they're hardly home. Besides, if we wait a week, it might really mean something". I said "Everything you do or say means something to me Jenna, and you know that". Jenna kissed me softly and we kissed for a couple of minutes until we eased apart and she asked quietly "What were we talking about?" I said "Something is odd the way mom and Rachel are acting. I can't put my finger on it, but it's weird". Jenna blinked a couple of times and said "It's like they have some kind of secret. I'd say they were lovers if I didn't know any better".

I laughed and Jenna laughed with me until she said "That's just ridiculous". We were holding each other when mom came into the room and said "Here baby, take my card and get something to eat". Mom handed me her AmEx and sighed "Rachel's tired, so we're going to take a shower and lie down. Have fun and behave when you get home. We're trusting you". Mom turned and pointed and said "That door stays open and both of you must sleep in your underwear at least. I have a headache..." and mom just left the room. Jenna and I stared at each other until Jenna asked "Shower?" I grinned and said "Okay". Jenna smiled and said "Maybe when they're not home". I smiled at Jenna and she winked then said "I was talking about them though. Did she say they were taking a shower or did I imagine that?" I said "We're way over thinking this Jenna. There is no way they're... uh... you know... like that". Jenna whispered "Lesbian? I agree, but it is odd. Probably they're both shook up about us. I told you it would be a shock". I said "I don't see how. Mom said they knew this day was coming. How come I didn't?"

Jenna moved away from me and said "I'm gonna pretend you didn't say that. Do you like what I'm wearing or should I go change?" I said "I really like the leggings, but maybe a dress or different blouse?" Jenna said "Okay" then she opened my closet and took out a purple polo shirt and said "Wear this with your black jeans. You know it doesn't take me long to get ready, so get changed and play your game and then we'll go". Jenna stopped at my doorway then came back to me and asked "Are we dating or going on a date?" I said "Jenna, I am not complaining at all, but we have to sleep in the same bed for a week. We are definitely going out". Jenna stared at me and said "You wanted to do this, so don't make me feel like an afterthought, that's just rude". I said "Then ask me out. This is 2016". Jenna narrowed her eyes and said "No. We may have to sleep together, but I can make sure to wear all kinds of clothes and your ass won't kiss or touch me unless you get with the program right now". I grinned and Jenna rolled her eyes and asked "Oh my God, is that all you think about?" I grinned some more and Jenna said "The only hope you have of that happening is to treat me good, pay lots of attention to me, and be nice. You have alot of work to do before you collect your reward".

I sighed and said "You're worth it Jenna. Can we just say we're going out, or do you want me to ask?" Jenna put her hands on my chest and whispered "Do you want to have sex with me, or can we just say we did?" I gasped "Jenna, will you please go out with me?" She smiled and said "I will. Now get dressed and go play Xbox until I'm ready". Jenna kissed my lips then left the room while I stood there stunned with how everything had changed in less than two hours. I got dressed, brushed my teeth, then went out to play Xbox. There was no sign of mom or Rachel and the house was quiet. I turned on the Xbox and loaded SKYRIM, then played for a few minutes until Jenna said from behind me "That's funny, this is how everything started". I paused, turned and lost my breath. Somehow Jenna had gone from beautiful to gorgeous. She looked amazing and I was having difficulty breathing or even thinking straight. Jenna had on a pretty blue and white knee length dress and her hair was down, brushed and looked soft. Her white and pink New Balance sneakers were the right contrast to the dress which hugged her figure perfectly.

Jenna grinned "Breathe" and I said "I'm trying. My God you are beautiful". Jenna smiled and whispered "Oh yeah? Wait until you see what I wear to bed". I gasped "Is nothing an option?" Jenna blushed and asked "Are you serious?" I stood and pulled Jenna to me and she giggled as I kissed her furiously. Jenna tilted her head, slipped her hands around my neck and we kissed passionately until she eased back and gasped "Okay, we need to stop". I blinked and asked "Why?" Jenna was breathing deeply again and she whispered "Because you're making me hot and we need to chill or else I'll have to go change my underwear". Mom came down the hall in just a tight t-shirt that didn't fit her and the skimpiest pink panties I have ever seen. I tried not to look but I did even as Jenna gripped my arm and said "Damn". Mom didn't even look at us as she got two bottles of water from the fridge and went right back down the hall into her bedroom. Jenna and I stared at their door for a minute and then she asked me quietly "Did we see that?" I nodded and then asked "Is it wrong to say my mom is hot?" Jenna said "No, she is. Holy crap what a body". I smiled at Jenna and said "I happen to like yours, just so you know". Jenna smiled and said "Duh, that's not a secret genius. Are you ready to go?"

We were standing outside and Jenna asked "Well, now what?" Mom's Jeep and Rachel's Camry were parked in the driveway. My Kia was parked in front of the house in front of Jenna's Chevy. Four people, four vehicles, sometimes it could be interesting when the four of us went somewhere. Jenna said "It's a date right?" I said "Yeah, but we're also going out so, you choose". We ended up in Jenna's Chevy and she drove which was fine with me because I could stare at her. Which I did. She was driving and asked me "How is it we live together like five years, plus I've known you since we were little kids. How is it today you're suddenly into me?" I said "I could ask you the same question". Jenna said "True. Okay, I was waiting for you and Gina to break up". I gasped and stared out the window as Jenna said "Oh man, I'm sorry. That came out wrong. Brett, I didn't mean that". I swallowed and asked "Why would you say something like that?" Jenna was quiet and then she said "I don't know". We drove in silence until I said "I love her Jenna. I hate that she left and the way she just sprung it on me and left hurt".

Jenna said "You have me now, and I'm not going anywhere". I exhaled and asked "Can we not talk about Gina?" Jenna said "Okay, sorry". We pulled into Golden Corral and Jenna parked, turned off the car, then said "Let's relax and have fun. You still want to do this, right?" I said "Why do you keep asking me that? Gina's gone and it hurts, but I've liked you for a long time. I'm in this so please stop asking me if I want this. I do". Jenna tilted her head and asked "A long time? How long? You never said nothing". I said "I don't know specifically Jenna. Since senior year I think. I like everything about you, I just never said anything because I was with Gina". Jenna said "This could lead to a dark place, us talking about how long or what we've felt. I think we should start with today and move forward". I said "I agree. Besides mom, no one knows me as well as you do, so I already have the friendship, now we work on the love". Jenna sighed and said "You should write greeting cards. Where do you come up with all the nice things and compliments?" I shrugged and said "I just say what I'm thinking".

Jenna leaned close to kiss me softly then asked "Mmmm... and what are you thinking now?" I grinned and Jenna rolled her eyes, sighed, then said "Give me a break with that. Can you even make it a week?" I said "I don't know. You're fully dressed and I can't stand it. I'll probably go insane when we're in bed or alone". Jenna grinned and said "This is going to be fun" and she touched my nose with her finger then got out of the car. We held hands until I paid and the cashier said "I know you from the Gamestop, is SKYRIM out? My boyfriend wants it". I said "It came out yesterday, yeah". She smiled and said "Okay thanks" then she smiled at Jenna and said "You look nice, are you on a date?" Jenna clung to me and said "Thanks. Yes, it's our first date". The cashier seemed confused and asked "First date? Oh, you guys seem like best friends". I said "We are. We're just trying something and so far it's working". Jenna pulled away and asked "What? Trying something?" I swallowed and asked "What? What's wrong?" Jenna asked "Trying something? Are you crazy?"

I carried the tray while Jenna followed me frowning with her arms crossed. We found a table and Jenna moved close and said "Trying something? Are you for real?" I said "Jenna, I didn't mean anything by it. I chose the wrong words and I'm sorry. We are best friends and you know it". Jenna stared at me and suddenly the whole crowded restaurant disappeared as she moved close and we kissed softly and warmly. I held her and whispered "I'm sorry". Jenna said "Me too. Let's eat and go see the movie. What time does it start?" I said "7:20... I think". We ate and talked and then drove to the theater where Jenna got the tickets and we went inside. We got popcorn and a soda because Jenna and I have shared drinks for a long time now, so that was nothing new. We were about to go into the movie when Nick came up to us holding hands with Grace and Jenna and Grace hugged each other. Nick said "That's funny, it looks like you're on a date". Jenna said "We are. We're going out, but this is our first date". Grace and Jenna hugged again and started talking while I stood there holding the popcorn and soda. Nick asked "When did this happen?" Jenna said "This afternoon" and went back to talking to Grace.

Nick said "Gracie and I are going to come see you tomorrow. She wants SKYRIM and I have to put more money down on my CALL OF DUTY reserve". I said "I work at 1, just come see me. I saved her a poster". Grace and Jenna stopped talking and Grace said "Yay. Thanks Brett". Jenna said "I'll call you, we have to go in now". Nick said "See you tomorrow dude" and I said "Yeah. Bye Grace" and Jenna took the popcorn and held my hand. JACK REACHER was just as awesome as the first one, Tom Cruise nailed it again. We were walking out of the theater holding hands when Jenna said "That's how good the movie was, you didn't kiss me once". I pushed Jenna against the wall and kissed her passionately. Her hands were on my waist as we kissed and then she breathed "That works". We were walking to the car and she pulled her phone out and said "Damn, three missed calls from work". I laughed "Give me a break, what kind of emergency could it be, it's a lingerie store". Jenna took the bait like she always does and said almost word for word "VICTORIA'S SECRET is not just lingerie. How many times do we have to discuss this? Besides, you know me being the assistant manager comes with responsibility, look how often you get called or called in". I exhaled and said "I'm sorry, it was supposed to be funny". Jenna stared at me then smiled "It was, I'm sorry too. They need me to change shifts tomorrow. What did we have planned?" Wow, the impact of that question hit me. I was staring at Jenna and she smiled and said "It just hit you, huh?" I nodded and she smiled then said "You and I became us, how about that?" Jenna handed me the keys and asked "Will you drive so I can text Brandy?"

We drove home and Jenna said "Hold on before we go in" as I parked. She turned in her seat and said "We have to make a deal before our mom's meddle in us", I said "You know they will". Jenna nodded and said "No secrets and we do everything together, promise me". I grinned and Jenna gasped "Will you stop? You have to earn that and being an idiot is not helping your case". I grinned some more and Jenna exhaled and said "Maybe, if you're lucky, we can fool around. But even if I wanted to go that far, they won't let us. Have you forgotten about the week thing?" I frowned and said "No, but the upside is I got you in my bed way faster than I ever thought I would". Jenna was immediately wide eyed and open mouthed and I thought "Oh shit". She looked around without moving her head and then said "You said that out loud". I held my ground and said "I will never lie to you. I want that for sure, but I also had an amazing time tonight and hope everyday will be like this". Jenna narrowed her eyes and said "Good save. You were in big trouble with that comment, but that was a nice save".

I looked at the dashboard and Jenna touched my face, held her fingers under my chin so that I looked at her. She said "Brett, I have thoughts, feelings and urges too. I want the same things but we can't just blurt stuff like that out. Okay?" I nodded and Jenna moved closer to kiss me. It was soft and warm and she asked "We've been saying I love you for a couple of years now, how do we know when it's love love and not love?" I laughed and said "You're such a girl". Jenna grinned and said "I am, and wait until you see what I wear to bed. You'll be all over me". I swallowed and said "I already am now". Jenna blushed, smiled at me and said "True. Remember, no secrets and we talk about everything". I was about to get out of the car when Jenna touched my arm and said "Brett. I won't just leave you like Gina did. I'm here and I'm staying".
